ANYIT Co., Ltd. ("the Company") complies with the personal data protection provisions applicable to information and communications service providers, including the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection, and the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, and has established this privacy policy accordingly to protect the rights of users.

a. Procedure
Information entered for membership registration is moved to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet for paper) once its purpose is achieved, stored for a set period under internal policy and applicable law (see retention period), and then destroyed.
b. Method
Personal data stored electronically is deleted using technical means that make the records unrecoverable. Printed personal data is shredded or incinerated.

As a rule the Company does not provide user personal data to outside parties. The following are exceptions.
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where required by law, or requested by an investigative authority under the procedures prescribed by law for the purposes of an investigation

Users and legal representatives may view or correct their own registered personal data, or that of a child under 14, at any time; where they do not agree to the processing, they may withhold consent or request deletion.

The Company uses cookies, which store and retrieve usage information, in order to provide individually tailored services.

Users may choose whether cookies are installed. Browser options allow you to accept all cookies, be prompted each time a cookie is stored, or refuse all cookies.
8. Measures to secure personal data
Under Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes the following technical, administrative and physical measures.
User personal data is stored and managed in encrypted form, and important data is protected with additional measures such as file and transmission encryption or file locking.
Security software is installed and regularly updated and checked to prevent leakage or damage from hacking or viruses; systems are placed in access-controlled areas and monitored and protected technically and physically.
Access control is maintained by granting, changing and revoking access rights to the databases that process personal data, and an intrusion prevention system controls unauthorised external access.

10. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy applies from 1 March 2025. Where content is added, deleted or corrected under law or policy, notice will be given at least seven days before the change takes effect.
