No Email Collection
The unauthorised collection of email addresses posted on this website using email harvesting programmes or other technical devices is refused. Violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection.
Relevant law
Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection
No one may use a programme or other technical device to automatically collect email addresses from a website that states its refusal of such collection. Selling or distributing addresses collected in this way, or knowingly using them to send information, is likewise prohibited.
Punishable by up to one year of imprisonment or a fine of up to KRW 10 million (Article 74 of the same Act)

Collecting email addresses posted on this site using harvesting programmes such as crawlers or scrapers

Selling or distributing email addresses whose collection has been refused

Sending promotional information to addresses known to have been collected without authorisation

Sending commercial promotional information to addresses that have opted out
